So, you know those annoying promotional text messages that UTS recklessly hurls into your cell phone SMS inbox? You know, the ones that don’t have an unsubscribe option and that you can’t turn off?

Well, you best get used to them because just like the honey badger, Paulus don’t give a fuck…

    • You know, for eh.. 6 years I’ve been a simple pre-paid customer of UTS, and I’m pretty much bound to my phone number so changing to Digicel (even if they were more friendlie at the text message crap) is not very likely. And sadly both / ALL providers here don’t seem to care much about people’s complaints.
      UTS / Onenet works harder since Flow came to redeem us. Hopefully in a very near future “Flow” will show up onto our phone displays, instead of “Crappie”.

      I have sent an e-mail to UTS months ago requesting to refrain from sending me Promotional SMS to my cell phones (I included my phone numbers), but they keep on sending me messages. Lately it worse then ever!!!

      Now their “Contact Us” link on their website does not work. (Maybe too many complaints??)

    • Can anyone tell me how to check my current phone & internet balance? I cannot keep on paying Nafl.25 everytime you keep disconnecting and reconnecting my line. This is ridiculous.
      If there is a way to know my balance status, then I can atleast make the payment on time and keep my usage within the limit. I cannot affort paying Nafl.200+ every month.
      I switched from DIGICEL to UTS for a better service and it looks even worse than them.
      Don’t know why the USA companies come down here to provide a better product.
