Got plenty of reactions via e-mail to the question that I posted yesterday regarding UTS and their 4MB ADSL upgrade deal. Most people seem to think that it's a good deal and I can definitely understand why. I mean, your doubling your speed for the same price and no one would say no to that. But on the other hand, the two year contract extension makes me uneasy. I really don't want to tie myself down like that, especially when my current contract expires in May.

That said, it's February 2010 and our best broadband options are a 4MB Adsl connection for Naf. 149,- (restrictions apply) and an 8MB Adsl connection for Naf. 399,- (have mercy). We're making some progress I guess, but it's still highway robbery if you ask me. Somewhere, this guy is still crying "tears of disgust" and rightfully so....
